About Guild Recruitment

Hello fellow guild members... As being an officer in this guild i wanted to give some heads up for our members and for people who want to join us in the future. First of all we are a guild formed by two different guilds at the start so all those members of those two guilds joined as core members some well equipped, some not, this was inevitable since both guilds were consisted of IRL friends who want to play and raid together so that was ok... But most of the people worked hard to get their gears built we started progressing.

Now to the point, we don't want and won't recruit people with poor gear/skill and classes we don't need from now on, just because they are friends of the people who are already in this guild. We truly wish to progress and move forward, not spend weeks/months to gear people up from zero. For our dear members, i'm asking you not to recommend us players that don't have the gear or skill that it takes and players who won't fit in this guild just because you know them, although we are always open to good and dedicated players who want to progress according to the guild's needs.

For the appliers to this guild, please don't waste your time if you are not geared/specced/skilled for pve, and don't see this guild as a free epix shop that you can get whatever gear you want pretty fast and pretty much without doing anything.

These were just my thoughts and i don't want to point anybody out. I wrote this without speaking to any other officers before, they may agree/disagree i do not know at this point but all i know is that we all want what's good for the guild and don't want it to end up like any other random guilds which are nothing more than names written on top of people's heads.
